Guest Policy

• Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged, subject to availability.

• Two children below 12 years of age will be allowed to stay in the same room with their parents at no extra cost.
• Extra bed, if required will be provided at an additional cost of INR 3000 + taxes per adult.
• Children under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to stay alone in the hotel.

• Pets are allowed inside the hotel.

• All bookings require a valid credit card guarantee.

• Cancellations made after 6 pm, within 24 hours of the arrival, incur a one-night retention charge.
• Kindly check policies at the time of booking, as some rooms may have non-cancellation / non-refundable clauses.

• For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services

If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room. Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification.

From 1000 Hrs to 2000 Hrs and government approved ID proof required.

The entire hotel including publicly accessible areas is well-guarded and monitored 24 hours a day through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the hotel, with metal detectors and X-ray machines. All rooms are equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, smoke detectors, water sprinklers and a public address system.
