Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level on the day of arrival or departure respectively and will be charged on the following terms and conditions:

• Early check-in as earliest as 7:00 am or a late departure beyond 2:00 pm will be charged additionally @ 50 percent until 6:00 pm shall entitle
• Early check-in before 7:00 am or a late departure after 6:00 pm will be charged additionally @ 100 percent of the room rates

• Children above 12 years of age will be considered an adult.
• Room rates include the accommodation of children (6 years old or younger) without any extra cost
• A maximum of 2 kids up to the age of 6 years are allowed free of charge (with no extra bed) subject to room occupancy capacity
• 50 percent meal supplement of per child (per meal) would be applicable for children between 6 to 12 years of age

• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card
• All major credit cards are accepted
• Checks are not accepted

• Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival (Not applicable on special promotions)
• A reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation charge plus taxes
• Please check rate policies at the time of booking as some room rates may have non-cancellation/non-refundable clause
• Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a no-show fee being charged to your credit card plus taxes

• For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services

• Outside liquor is not permitted inside the hotel premises
• Sale of alcohol is prohibited to anyone below 25 years of age and without proper identification
• Hukka/Sheesha is prohibited in the hotel premises

• We consider guest comfort and safety as our highest priority, therefore, the hotel will not allow visiting hotel guests in their guestrooms without prior notice and hotel guests’ approval
• Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 2100 hrs

The entire hotel, including the areas publicly accessible, are well guarded and monitored round the clock through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the hotel, with metal detectors and X-Ray machines. The hotel is also police patrolled 24 hours. All the rooms are also equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, smoke detectors, water sprinklers, gas detectors and public address system.
