• Check-in and Check-out Policy

  Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 Noon

  We can accommodate early arrivals and late Check out based on following terms and conditions:

  • For early Check in at 7:00 am or late departure beyond 2:00 pm, a charge of 50% will be added to the room rate
  • For early Check in before 7:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm, a charge of 100% will be added to the room rate
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking

• Child Policy

  • Children 0 - 6 years of age can be accommodated complimentary in the same room without extra bed
  • Children 6 - 11 years of age can be accommodated in the same room without extra bed on additional cost
  • Children above the age of 11 years can be provided with an extra bed at an additional cost

• Pet Policy

  Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

• Reservation Guarantee/Payments

  All bookings require a valid credit card guarantee.

• Cancellation Policy/No-Show Policy

  • All cancellations made before 14 days from the date of arrival, no retention charges will be applicable
  • All cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% retention charges will be applicable

• Food and Beverage Policy

  • For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services

• Alcohol Policy/Drug Policy

  If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room. Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification

• Visitors Policy

  From 1000 Hrs to 2000 Hrs and government approved ID proof required.

• Safety and Security

  The hotel is protected with round the clock patrolling by security guards of all important areas including hotel entrance, poolside, lawns, back area, corridors, etc. All vital areas like lobby, guest corridors, main porch, restaurants and banquet halls are under CCTV surveillance.
