Pure Love

Our most valuable asset – our people, remain our top priority. As an “equal opportunity organization” we have on rolls speech and hearing impaired, transgenders, country’s first differently abled DJ, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Leading the way forward, the group is redefining set society norms to contribute to an inclusive and diverse society. The Lalit endorses #PureLove and welcomes everyone without any discrimination on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, caste, colour, religion or physical abilities. We respect individual choices and celebrate diversity! In the last five years, through #PureLove campaign we have skilled over 2000 folks from marginalized groups through Skill Enhancement Training Program, provided opportunities to over 200 folks at The Lalit, given opportunities to more than 500 queer artists at Kitty Su and The Lalit.
